Their story
Janet's career has rarely stayed neatly inside one box.
Over 25 years, she has worked across technology, product management, leadership, organizational transformation, coaching and entrepreneurship—giving her a perspective that naturally crosses the boundaries between People, Product and Process.
She spent approximately 17 years working in the United States before returning to India, and has led product teams, enabled organization-wide Agile transformations, worked on culture and design-thinking initiatives, and coached leaders across industries and levels. Growth Collective's existing profile also highlights her Harvard Business School leadership development background and certifications across coaching, strengths, personality assessment and design thinking.
In 2020, she founded Growth Collective around a simple idea:
Growth works better when we stop treating people, products and processes as separate problems.
Today, she works with organizations and leaders on leadership development, executive coaching, product strategy, strategic thinking and organizational capability—while continuing to build Growth Collective as a community of practitioners who believe business impact and human growth can reinforce one another.

Her approach
Strengths-based. Human-centered. Business-grounded.

The goal isn't to have all the answers. It's to enable better questions and better decisions.
